  Mr. Freeman might be the worst person I have ever done business with. Let me tell you about my encounter with him. I rented a storage unit from him for 65$ a month thinking my stuff would be safe turns out it wasn't . It was broken into and stuff stole . When I went there to fill out a police report he started to blame me for having a cheap lock. So he said would you like a new lock I was thinking him was giving me one, but not he charged me 8$ for a new one don't know why I got it all good stuff was already stole but whatever . Next day I get the bill for next months rent . Was felt to me like a slap in the face. So I went to Doug and asked if we can work something out on this months rent so I'm not the only one being screwed thief has my stuff and you have my rent . He started yelling no he won't do that . I was not asking for him to be responsible for my stuff just to work with me a little . Worst person I have ever dealt with ever . And I highly recommend not using him if u have anything valuable.

  I use Doug Freeman for Personal and Business Storage. Also used Him for Personal Auto Policy. I find Him and His staff to be very Professional and Accomodating. The units and the Facilities are always clean, Well lit, and purpose serving. We are very SATISFIED with our Partnership !!
